In the course of our business, we collect information from our prospective and actual customers, contractors and agents who perform services on our behalf, and from prospective employees.

The primary purpose for which we collect, hold, use and disclose personal information varies depending on the individual that we are collecting the information from.

Our primary purpose for collecting, holding, using and disclosing personal information from current and prospective customers is generally to provide the customer with our products and services. Our primary purpose for collecting, holding using and disclosing personal information from contractors and agents is to assist us in providing our products and services to our customers. We may also use the personal information to conduct checks to ensure that the contractor or agent can perform the services to our standards or for payment purposes.

For potential employees and prospective contractors, our primary purpose for collecting information is to assess suitability for employment or engagement.

For individuals that contact us (including users of our website), our primary purpose for collecting personal information is to assist us with responding to enquiries or complaints.

Our primary purpose for collecting, holding, using and disclosing credit information is to provide our products and services on credit and to process payments.

Our usual process of collecting personal information is to collect the personal information directly from the individual concerned in person or by way of electronic and hard copy enquiry forms, surveys and questionnaires, online forms, telephone calls or emails. We may also collect personal information from other sources such as from government bodies, paid search providers and public registers, referrals by individuals or other entities, your advisors, banks and financial institutions, our employees, contractors and agents, your current and previous employers and through marketing and business development events. We usually collect credit information directly from you.

If you do not provide us with your personal or credit information, we may not be able to engage with you, or provide you with our products and services.

We may disclose personal information to other entities such as our contractors, agents, employees and related entities, our external auditors, brokers and insurance providers, legal and other advisors, employers, government bodies, our external auditors, banks and financial institutions, your advisors, credit providers, law enforcement agencies and third parties considering the acquisition of the whole or part of our assets or business.

We do not disclose personal credit information to credit reporting bodies.

In some cases, we may indirectly disclose personal and credit information overseas through disclosures to our data storage and service providers that have data servers located overseas. For example, we understand that our service providers such as Campaign Monitor, which is based in and/or has data centres located in the United States of America.
